2024 PERMISSIVE TAX EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS

The whole of the taxable assessed value of the land and improvements owned and used exclusively by the “ASH-CREEK TELEVISION SOCIETY” located in the Village of Cache Creek, Province of British Columbia and more particularly known and described as LEGAL SUBDIVISION 14, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 21 RANGE 24, MERIDIAN 6, KAMLOOPS DIVISION OF YALE DISTRICT. The estimated Municipal Tax Exemption for 2024 is $216.32.

In accordance with Section 645 of the Local Government Act, the following properties will be offered for sale by public auction on Monday, September 25, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers of the Village of Cache Creek, 1389 Quartz Road, Cache Creek, B.C. unless the delinquent taxes owing plus interest are sooner paid. Information regarding any of the properties must be obtained at the Village Office prior to the Tax Sale:
